Presence device

These devices are designed to detect the presence of persons or objects in or around a hazardous area. They have no physical hurdles and therefore are ideal for applications that require secure conditions to enter the application frequently. The equipment now available includes: safety light curtains, laser safety scanners, pressure sensitive safety mats and edge strips.

Emergency stop and travel device

These devices are designed to mechanically achieve an emergency stop function and are used to facilitate operator access to the site. They include: emergency stop button (mushroom head), emergency stop device by rope (cable) and activation of the switch with emergency stop function.

Operator interface

These devices are designed to provide a secure interaction between the operator and the mechanical controls. The existing equipment includes a 3-position enable switch and a bimanual control activator.
2. logical equipment
Relay safety

These devices are designed to monitor the status of the safety circuit and offer a wide variety of configurations. They range from single-function relays to hardware-configurable multifunction relays.
Programmable safety controller
Special features for software configuration. They are dedicated safety controllers, designed for the safe control of circuits.
Integrated safety controller

These devices are controllers designed to control standard automation and implement security control on a single platform. They are programmable by software and allow standard and secure functions to be configured in the same programming environment.

Security I / O

These devices provide a secure level of input / output (I / O) solution for application flexibility. They communicate over DeviceNet or EtherNet / IP networks and use the CIP Safety protocol to form a solution for a variety of applications. Different product series include: CompactBlock Guard I / O, ArmourBlock Guard I / O and POINT Guard I / O.

Safety Contactor

A safety contactor is used to cut off the actuator power. A special feature is the level of safety provided in the contactor. Normally closed contacts, mechanically connected, are used to return the contactor state to the logic device, thus ensuring a safety function.

PowerFlex®
AC drive with built-in safety

PowerFlex Series AC drives feature optional integrated safety features, including Safe Torque Off, Safe Speed Control, and Conditional Protection Lock Control. The PowerFlex 40P, 70, 700S and 700H now offer Safe Torque Off, while the new 750 Series PowerFlex drives offer all of the safety features mentioned above. Kinetix®
Motion movement with integrated safety

The Kinetix 6000 motion drive features optional built-in safety features including Safe Torque Off and Safe Speed Control and Conditional Protection Lock Control, which will be provided in the next release.
