CompactLogix Control Systems

Our CompactLogix™ and Compact GuardLogix® controllers use a common control engine with a common development environment to provide mid-range application control in an easy-to-use environment. Tight integration between the programming software, controller and I/O modules reduces development time and cost at commissioning and during normal operation. This commonality provides cost-effective integration of a machine or safety application into a plant-wide control system because it integrates safety, motion, discrete and drive capabilities in a single controller.

Our Bulletin 1769 CompactLogix™ 5370 Controllers are part of the Integrated Architecture® system. These controllers include integrated safety, and use the same programming software, network protocol, and information capabilities as all Logix controllers. This provides a common development environment for all control disciplines. Consis...

Our Bulletin 1769 CompactLogix™ L3x controllers are ideal for small to mid-size control applications that don’t require motion or safety functionality. These controllers offer integrated serial, EtherNet/IP™, or ControlNet™ channels; and modular DeviceNet™ communications.

Our Bulletin 5069 CompactLogix 5380 Controllers are ideal for applications in the midrange space that require high-performance communications, I/O, and motion control for up to 32 axes. They also provide up to 20% increased capacity.

Bulletin 1768 CompactLogix™ and Compact GuardLogix® controllers are ideal for small to mid-size applications that require safety, motion, and/or complex communications. These controllers offer integrated serial, EtherNet/IP™ or ControlNet™ channels, and modular DeviceNet™ communications. They support as many as 30 I/O modules and as ma...
